Easter Sunday
Hey Doughnut Lovers,
Spring has arrived with it’s crazy weather and April showers. We wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know that we are open Easter Sunday. There will be plenty of doughnuts, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and sourdough bagels at the shop this weekend. The brown butter cream cheese that we created to go with the bagels is one of our new favorite things. If you’re coming to see us on the later side and wondering if we still have doughnuts, please check our Instagram account. If we are getting close to selling out we will post about it there.
We are bouncing around on some new ideas for summer. The sourdough bread and the focaccia are on hiatus now and you may see a breakfast naan popping up after the holiday. Pasta kits made a brief appearance and sold well, but, we just don’t have enough staff right now to make them happen on a regular basis. Meltaways have disappeared and the laminated brioche is back in the rotation.
We are working on bringing online ordering to the shop and hope to have it up and running by May. We are also working on creating opportunities for Philly drops at some of the farmer’s markets this summer, so there will be another update about that coming soon.
In the meantime, we all hope you are enjoying the changing of the seasons. We hope to see you at the shop this weekend.
