Opening Day

It’s time. We are opening on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Apologies for the short notice, but it has been a crazy month leading up to here. We passed our final inspections last Wednesday, then turned around and hosted out Kickstarter tastings this past weekend. A big thank you to the many people who helped make that happen. You know who you are, and we couldn’t have done it without you. The tastings were a blast. It was so much fun to see our staff getting comfortable and to meet all the people who came out to support us.

We are opening with a limited menu that will gradually expand as we get used to our new space and figure out what’s possible, in terms of service and production. If we can’t do something well, you won’t be seeing it until we can. For this opening week there will be doughnuts, drinks, one flavor of onigiri, and our classic pretzel crusted fried chicken sandwiches.

It’s a very exciting moment for us, even if we are a little too busy to really savor the feeling. That’s life in the kitchen and we are here for it. So, please come and see us at our new digs at 800 Edison Furlong Rd., Furlong, PA 18925. We will be open Wednesdays-Sundays from 8am-3pm, Kitchen closes at 2:00pm.
